Client Confidentiality

InnoVision Project Partners Inc. is dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards for protecting our clients' confidential information. Our unwavering professional standards were established by Josue Miguel Raymundo, who insisted that we “always respect the confidential nature inherent in a professional relationship.” This principle continues to be a fundamental aspect of how we operate and who we are.

Our commitment is ingrained in every aspect of our governance structure and culture and guides our firm's approach to client confidentiality.

All our staff personally commit to upholding the highest professional standards. We require every employee to annually reaffirm our Code of Business Conduct. New hires attend dedicated onboarding sessions that explicitly cover the firm’s expectations on confidentiality and confidentiality standards. As colleagues are promoted and take on new roles, they receive additional training to both "refresh" the content and provide role-specific resources.

Our confidentiality framework includes definitions and appropriate usage of confidential information, standards for the protection of confidential information and the avoidance of conflicts of interest, restrictions on information sharing, and protocols for physical and IT security.

Our specific confidentiality processes are continually reviewed and updated to ensure they fully align with the changing business environment and best-practice standards. All InnoVision Project Partners Inc. employees treat the following information as completely confidential:

Client names or identities unless otherwise discussed with the client

Client-specific deliverables and work products, including drafts and preliminary analyses (other than the InnoVision Project Partners Inc. intellectual capital not specific to the client contained in them)

Client-specific data provided by the client or a client-related vendor, including quantitative data sets, RFPs and invitations to tender, or internal (client) documents

Knowledge and information about our clients, including current or future operations, strategy, and other business-related information gained by consultants while working for clients or while working on tenders, RFPs, and proposals

Protecting our clients’ confidence and business interests is not just what we do; it’s who we are. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and invite you to contact us.
